Senior GTM Analyst – Strategy & Operations, RevOps
About the role
• Serve as the performance expert for Pre-Sales, Sales, and Channel teams, responsible for the quality of analysis and translating insights into action
• Diagnose funnel issues, including conversion, productivity, cycle time, source, and segment performance
• Lead problem-solving efforts with the Process and Tech Stack squads
• Define action plans with commercial leadership and monitor implementation and impact measurement
• Anticipate risks and opportunities in sales operations through continuous data analysis
• Propose strategic agendas rather than simply responding to requests
• Own commercial intelligence initiatives end to end, from hypothesis development through results validation
• Lead controlled tests when necessary
• Ensure the consistency and governance of commercial data in the CRM and analytical databases
• Propose criteria and business rules for structural inconsistencies
• Act as the direct liaison with Pre-Sales, Sales, and Channel leaders in management routines
• Present critical analysis and advocate for positions based on independent reasoning
• Previous experience in Sales Ops, RevOps, Business Ops, or commercial intelligence teams
• Experience with HubSpot, particularly using commercial data and reporting features
• Experience with data and analytics tools such as Metabase and Databricks
• Ability to navigate multiple data sources and transform information into actionable insights
• Experience working closely with commercial leaders (coordinators, managers, or VPs), including the ability to defend recommendations in management meetings
• Business perspective beyond the isolated funnel, understanding how Pre-Sales, Sales, and Channels connect and how a bottleneck at one stage affects the others
• Preferred: experience in payments, banking, or fintech companies
• Preferred: experience leading cross-functional projects, even without a formal leadership title
• Availability to work 8 hours per day, Monday through Friday
