Delivery Lead

• Lead the management of complex backlogs, ensuring the prioritization of work items, epics, and user stories, strategic alignment with the business, and a focus on delivery
• Lead and structure Agile ceremonies, including Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, Retrospectives, and Refinements
• Combine Scrum and Kanban practices according to the maturity and needs of the context
• Track and optimize workflow metrics, particularly Lead Time, Cycle Time, and Throughput
• Identify bottlenecks and implement continuous improvements
• Create, maintain, and enhance operational and executive dashboards
• Monitor delivery progress, impediments, team velocity, and predictability
• Administer and structure workflows in Azure DevOps
• Ensure demand traceability, up-to-date metrics, and well-organized progress reports

• Solid prior experience as a Delivery Lead, Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or in related roles at the Mid-Level or Senior level
• Practical mastery of the Scrum and Kanban frameworks and methods
• Ability to adapt ceremonies and processes to the delivery lifecycle
• Proven experience managing complex backlogs and working in environments with a high volume of dependencies and stakeholders
• In-depth knowledge of using and configuring Azure DevOps, including Azure Boards, queries, dashboards, and reports
• Strong analytical skills grounded in the use of Agile metrics, with an emphasis on reducing Lead Time and making dashboard-driven decisions
• Excellent organizational, negotiation, facilitation, and assertive communication skills, with a results-oriented approach and commitment to meeting deadlines and commitments
• Ability to build relationships with people across different departments and organizational levels
