Senior Mobile Developer – Flutter, AI Integration

• Develop, enhance, and maintain mobile applications using Flutter, prioritizing performance, scalability, security, and code quality
• Define and apply architecture, state management, and software engineering best practices
• Integrate mobile applications with Generative AI services, autonomous agents, and APIs
• Develop and orchestrate AI agents, custom tools (Skills/Tools), and complex workflows
• Implement and optimize RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) solutions
• Develop and integrate APIs, services, and connectors using Python, Java, and Node.js
• Create, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps, automating testing, builds, and deployments
• Package applications and services with Docker and manage their execution in Kubernetes environments
• Apply security, monitoring, automated testing, and reliability practices throughout the development lifecycle
• Use AI tools to accelerate development, increase productivity, and improve delivery quality

• Strong, advanced experience in mobile development with Flutter
• In-depth knowledge of state management, clean architecture, native feature integration, and performance optimization
• Hands-on experience with Python, Java, and Node.js for API, integration, and connector development
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes, including containerization, deployment, and environment troubleshooting
• Experience creating, maintaining, and optimizing CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and Azure Pipelines
• Hands-on experience integrating applications with Generative AI services
• Applied knowledge of AI agents, custom tool development, and workflow orchestration
• Experience implementing and optimizing RAG architectures
• Familiarity with GitHub Copilot and Claude Code, or equivalent AI-assisted development tools
• Knowledge of software engineering best practices, security, automated testing, and code version control
• Preferred: experience with microservices architectures and cloud environments
• Preferred: knowledge of platforms and frameworks for orchestrating, evaluating, testing, and governing AI solutions, such as Harness or similar tools
• Preferred: experience integrating LLMs, vector databases, embeddings, and context retrieval strategies
• Preferred: knowledge of observability, monitoring, and optimization of distributed applications
• Preferred: experience with mobile test automation and application publishing processes
• Preferred: experience defining architectural standards and promoting technical best practices
