Senior Creative Front-End Engineer – Digital Agency

• Build visually stunning, highly interactive web experiences for a world-class consumer brand
• Craft smooth, high-performance animations and scroll-driven interactions
• Turn high-end Figma designs into pixel-perfect, responsive interfaces
• Build scalable, cross-browser UI components with advanced Tailwind CSS and modern CSS
• Lead front-end work independently and write clean, maintainable, well-tested code
• Optimize animation-heavy pages for 60fps performance, rendering and paint, and asset loading
• Implement accessible experiences, including ARIA, keyboard navigation and reduced-motion support
• Participate in code reviews
• Use AI tools such as Claude Code, GitHub Copilot or Cursor in the daily workflow

• 5+ years of front-end web development
• Expert-level HTML, CSS and JavaScript
• Advanced web animation experience with GSAP, including ScrollTrigger, Framer Motion, SVG animation, Canvas or WebGL/Three.js
• Advanced Tailwind CSS, including custom design systems, theming and complex responsive layouts
• Strong modern CSS knowledge
• Hands-on experience with React or Next.js
• Proven ability to deliver pixel-perfect work from high-end designs
• Strong eye for detail and motion
• Ability to lead front-end projects independently with minimal oversight
• Strong debugging and cross-browser/device testing skills
• Daily, practical use of Claude Code, GitHub Copilot or Cursor
• Professional English, written and spoken
• Ability to work US Pacific Time (PST/PDT) hours
• Current base in Latin America
