Site Reliability Engineer – Developer Platform

• Design and maintain the internal Kubernetes developer platform
• Contribute to internal platform tooling, automation, and orchestration development
• Develop and maintain SKS and its upcoming new features
• Enhance developer experience by delivering self-service systems and pipelines
• Contribute to the architecture and design of Exoscale's platform systems
• Improve processes for scalability, security, and high availability
• Participate in code and change reviews
• Help the support team manage escalated support tickets
• Join the on-call rotation after completing a training period

• Proficient in Golang (mandatory for this position)
• Familiar with Linux and large scale configuration management
• Familiar with Kubernetes and its ecosystem
• Familiarity with Clojure is a plus
• Passionate about product design and software architecture
• Passionate about automation and optimizing workflows to reduce manual effort
• Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken
