IT Specialist I

• Manage and ensure the high availability of the company’s collaboration tools and directories, including Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Slack, and Active Directory
• Lead the governance and end-to-end lifecycle management of workstations and mobile devices, including operating system management, image standardization, patch deployment, security software compliance, hardware lifecycle, and obsolescence/depreciation management
• Manage IAM/IdP solutions, ensuring best practices for user lifecycle management, access recertification, segregation of duties (SoD), and the RBAC model
• Provide technical leadership for strategic projects within the department and lead solution implementations
• Serve as an N3 escalation point for access management and support, resolving complex user infrastructure incidents
• Lead and actively participate in war rooms to resolve critical incidents

• Strong experience administering and governing Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, and Active Directory environments
• Extensive experience in identity and access management (IAM/IdP)
• Hands-on experience managing endpoints and mobile devices centrally through MDM, including image validation, patch deployment, and security compliance
• Proven experience providing advanced N3 support and the technical ability to facilitate war rooms
• Demonstrated experience managing technical projects and implementing new IT solutions
• Preferred: experience managing the user lifecycle, RBAC, SoD matrices, and periodic access recertification
• Preferred: experience with IGA and PAM
• Preferred: experience with IdP/IAM and MDM migration projects; knowledge of JumpCloud is a plus
• Preferred: knowledge of process automation and scripting (PowerShell, Python, Bash, or Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace APIs)
