Video Editor

• Coordinate members, content days, invites, locations, follow-ups, questions, and warm leads
• Edit real estate and brand videos and photos using the company's established creative style
• Maintain bookkeeping, invoicing, receivables, expenses, reconciliations, reporting, and payment follow-up if hired for the finance role

• Strong video-editing experience required
• Experience with Final Cut Pro
• Operational/content coordination experience with Monday.com and Canva
• USB headset with noise cancellation feature
• Working webcam
• Computer with at least 1.8 GHz processor and at least 4GB RAM
• Main internet service speed of at least 25 Mbps cable connection
• Backup internet service speed of at least 10 Mbps
• Availability for the 9AM–6PM PST schedule
