City Manager, Real Estate

• Serve as the local network representative in the city and surrounding areas
• Develop the local business and bring new properties under management
• Oversee the property portfolio: cleaning, maintenance, check-in/check-out, and guest relations
• Optimize revenue through yield management and multi-channel listing on Airbnb, Booking.com, and Abritel
• Coordinate the local network of service providers
• Delegate portfolio management to the ALB network during absences through the Vacation System
• Optionally build a team of sponsored City Managers and earn commissions on their activity

• Ability to persuade property owners and build trusting relationships
• Experience in real estate, sales, or any other sector is welcome
• Highly motivated
