• 2+ years of experience in commercial styling and fashion research
• Confident working with Pinterest and fashion references
• Skilled in building posing layouts and visual composition
• Ability to develop and document styling guidelines
• Strong fashion sense and up-to-date knowledge of trends
• Excellent visual taste and attention to detail
• Ability to clearly justify styling decisions
• Comfortable managing a high volume of tasks under tight deadlines
• Structured, systematic approach to work
• Experience working with AI-generated catalogs is a plus
