Compensation & Benefits Manager
About the role
• Serve as the central point of contact between internal departments and clients
• Build trusted client relationships and maintain them through active relationship management
• Analyze the individual needs of clients and their employees
• Develop tailored benefits solutions and ensure high levels of client satisfaction
• Guide new and existing clients through all stages of the service process
• Ensure high quality and service standards
• Proactively inform clients about new benefits and developments
• Actively contribute to shaping the benefits portfolio, including innovative bonus models
• Provide strategic advice to clients and develop tailored benefits programs
• Identify opportunities to improve existing systems and support sustainable employee retention
• Completed commercial training or an equivalent qualification
• Several years of professional experience, ideally in key account management, project management, or customer success management
• Solid knowledge of HR and tax-related matters
• Experience in compensation and benefits is an advantage
• Strong customer-service orientation, empathy, communication skills, and assertiveness
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented approach to work
• Strong planning and organizational skills
• Confident handling of commercial and business-related matters
• Fluent German and English skills for professional negotiations
• Solid project management skills
• Affinity for technical topics
• Flexible working hours
• Modern office in Fuerteventura or remote work from the Canary Islands
• Up to 4 weeks of EU workation per year
• Flights and accommodation if choosing the Munich location during your EU workation
