Business Analyst – Finance, D365 ERP

• Conduct client interviews to gather and analyze requirements
• Advise clients on ERP implementation based on your area of expertise and business knowledge
• Identify the ERP functionality to be implemented and any potential gaps
• Design and document the solution’s functional specifications
• Train end users
• Define test plans, test scenarios, and test cases
• Support clients throughout their projects
• Collaborate with functional and technical professionals within an ERP community

• Strong knowledge of the key functionalities of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations
• Expertise in the following functional areas: Finance, Trade & Logistics, Manufacturing, and Project Accounting
• Ability to collaborate with a variety of functional and technical professionals
• Experience working on large-scale projects for diverse clients
• Fluency in English and French
• Passion for ERP and the Microsoft ecosystem
• Ability to work effectively in an international team environment
• Proactive approach to learning and knowledge sharing
• Excellent communication skills and confidence working in an international environment
