Senior DevOps Engineer

• Build and maintain reliable, secure infrastructure for Fynapse, Aptitude Software's SaaS product
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and GitOps workflows
• Ensure high availability, performance, and cost-efficiency of cloud resources
• Manage infrastructure and workloads operationally
• Monitor infrastructure and workloads and implement alerting and observability best practices
• Respond to and resolve incidents, including participation in an on-call rotation
• Partner with the security team to apply DevSecOps principles and ensure systems meet compliance standards
• Collaborate with engineering teams on cross-team project shaping, incident resolution, and knowledge sharing
• Support day-to-day platform operations

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps, platform engineering or SRE, with at least 2 years in Azure
• Hands-on expertise in infrastructure as code (IaC) using Terraform/OpenTofu
• Experience with DevOps methodologies, tools such as GitHub Actions, and practices including CI/CD, Kargo, Terraform, Kubernetes and horizontal scaling
• Strong understanding of Azure services and best practices for cloud architecture
• Experience managing Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) and containerized environments
• Engineering background with microservices and Kubernetes experience
• Experience in infrastructure and workloads monitoring and logging using Azure Services and Grafana stack
• Experience responding to and resolving incidents under pressure during an on-call rotation
• Experience with Argo CD, Crossplane, Kargo, Jenkins, and GitHub Actions is nice to have
• Azure certifications, such as Azure Fundamentals or Azure Solutions Architect Expert, are a strong plus
• Experience with AWS cloud platforms is a plus
• Legally authorized to work in Poland
• Willingness to participate in an on-call rota
• Willingness to work under a permanent employment contract in Poland, not a B2B arrangement
