Project Manager

• Plan team capacity, manage workloads, and prioritize the technical backlog based on business needs and available resources
• Build, maintain, and continuously improve delivery processes
• Manage project plans, timelines, and scope, adapting them to changing priorities and requirements
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, manage dependencies, and proactively resolve blockers
• Facilitate planning sessions, retrospectives, demos, and other team meetings
• Ensure clear communication between technical teams and business stakeholders
• Provide regular updates on progress, timelines, and risks
• Maintain up-to-date project and process documentation in Notion

• 2+ years of Project Management experience in the iGaming industry
• Middle+ / Senior level expertise in managing technical projects and teams
• Solid knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and Kanban project management methodologies
• Experience with delivery planning, backlog management, prioritization, and resource allocation
• Good technical understanding of infrastructure, platform architecture, integrations, and cross-team dependencies
• Ability to understand business and technical requirements, critically evaluate estimates, and identify delivery risks
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
• Result-oriented mindset, strong sense of ownership, sound judgment, and ability to work effectively under pressure
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher
• Experience building delivery processes from scratch is a bonus
• Experience managing complex iGaming platform projects is a bonus
