Junior Vehicle Logistics Manager – Vehicle & Truck Logistics

• Serve as the central point of contact for drivers across the network
• Support vehicle fleet deliveries and returns, resolving operational challenges quickly
• Dispatch and arrange domestic truck transportation
• Monitor schedules, lead times, capacity utilization, SLAs, and service standards
• Build relationships with logistics and delivery partners
• Manage partner performance using KPIs and resolve operational bottlenecks and discrepancies
• Identify optimization opportunities across compounds, partners, and internal teams
• Standardize and automate processes in collaboration with product teams
• Coordinate logistics and administrative tasks, including reviewing handover protocols, invoices, and receipts
• Ensure vehicles are delivered on time, in excellent condition, and returned efficiently at the end of the car subscription
• Collaborate with Operations, Customer Care, Sales, external logistics partners, and drivers

• Completed vocational training or university degree, ideally in logistics, supply chain management, automotive, or operations
• Hands-on mentality and strong organizational skills
• Enjoy working closely and in a solution-oriented manner with external service providers, drivers, and internal stakeholders
• Excellent German skills (C1/C2 level)
• Good English skills (at least B2 level)
• Practical experience dispatching truck or vehicle transportation, managing external logistics providers, or working in an operations-related environment is a plus
• Enthusiasm for digital tools and data-driven work
• Experience with transport management systems (TMS), CRM, or comparable operations software is a plus
