Senior Performance Marketing Specialist
About the role
• Execute, monitor, and optimize campaigns across multiple channels and objectives, including Mobile App, Remarketing, and Acquisition campaigns
• Set up campaigns, quality assurance, bidding, targeting, pacing, creative rotation, and tracking
• Analyze performance across products, markets, audiences, and channels
• Connect media metrics to conversion, revenue, CAC, and LTV
• Identify opportunities to improve acquisition efficiency across the funnel
• Manage spend within approved budgets and recommend reallocations
• Design and run structured tests across creative, audiences, landing pages, bidding strategies, and campaign formats
• Partner with Creative and Product to improve ads and landing pages
• Partner with Data and Engineering to validate campaign tracking and apply attribution and incrementality insights
• Own and optimize remarketing campaigns using audience segmentation, creative sequencing, and frequency to drive re-engagement, retention, and repeat conversion
• Report to the Manager, Performance Marketing
• Own campaign execution, optimization, and performance recommendations as a senior individual contributor
• 5+ years of hands-on performance marketing experience, preferably within a B2C subscription or consumer technology business
• Success optimizing multi-channel campaigns, managing pacing, and making data-based budget recommendations against acquisition and revenue goals
• Deep hands-on experience with Apple Search Ads, Google, Meta, and TikTok
• Strong analytical judgment to diagnose performance changes, prioritize opportunities, and translate data into practical campaign actions
• Understanding of attribution and incrementality concepts and use of measurement findings in campaign decisions
• Ability to communicate performance findings and recommendations through dashboards, written updates, and structured presentations
• Ability to collaborate across remote, cross-functional teams and manage multiple campaigns and priorities with a high degree of ownership
• Experience executing campaigns across international markets, including the United States, United Kingdom, or European Union
• Experience with GA4 and campaign reporting or visualization tools such as Looker
• Experience applying findings from incrementality tests or marketing mix models to campaign decisions
• Interest in AI-powered products, writing tools, or education technology is a bonus
• Must-have skills: campaign optimisation, Paid Media Advertising, landing page optimization
