Digital Marketing, Creative Design Specialist
About the role
• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with revenue targets and pipeline goals
• Support go-to-market initiatives for API management, cloud, cybersecurity, and digital transformation services
• Identify, research, and engage target accounts across North America and global markets
• Support LinkedIn outreach, email sequences, targeted prospecting, inbound lead follow-up, and opportunity qualification
• Schedule discovery meetings and nurture warm prospects
• Maintain CRM accuracy, segmentation, and pipeline visibility
• Collaborate with sales teams to improve conversion rates and shorten sales cycles
• Conduct market and competitor research and provide positioning recommendations
• Analyze customer behavior, acquisition funnels, conversion metrics, and lifecycle marketing performance
• Manage website performance, content strategy, UX, conversion paths, landing pages, calls-to-action, and digital assets
• Maintain brand consistency and develop templates, collateral, proposals, decks, documents, and reusable design components
• Design digital and print-ready assets including social media content, websites, landing pages, email campaigns, advertisements, webinars, events, infographics, case studies, brochures, banners, and presentations
• Create and optimize creative assets for Google, LinkedIn, and other paid advertising channels
• Maintain a centralized digital asset library and follow brand, accessibility, and UX standards
• Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads, LinkedIn, SEO/SEM, email marketing, and content marketing campaigns
• Manage newsletters, marketing automation workflows, and e-blasts
• Track cost-per-lead, ROI, pipeline attribution, KPIs, and monthly benchmarks
• Present performance reports to leadership and support forecasting with data-backed insights
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, product, content, and leadership teams on integrated campaigns and client-facing materials
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, Communications, or equivalent experience
• 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within technology or B2B services
• Experience supporting lead generation and sales enablement
• Experience working in growing or scaling organizations
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager
• Strong CRM management skills with Dynamics, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar platforms
• Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and paid media optimization
• Experience with marketing automation platforms and email marketing tools such as Mailchimp
• Proficiency in Canva, Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong data analysis capabilities and ability to translate insights into action
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, visual hierarchy, layout composition, and branding
• Experience creating digital assets for social media, websites, email campaigns, paid advertising, and sales enablement
• Experience designing infographics, marketing collateral, pitch decks, case studies, brochures, and executive presentations
• Experience with UI/UX design concepts and landing page visual optimization
• Experience using creative and AI-powered design tools such as Canva, Adobe Firefly, Microsoft Designer, Figma, Midjourney, or similar platforms
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
• Comfortable engaging directly with prospects
• Organized, detail-oriented, results-driven, proactive, and self-motivated
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Preferred: Google Ads / Analytics certification
• Preferred: Experience in B2B technology marketing, cross-functional marketing and product collaboration, inside sales initiatives, and technology, cybersecurity, cloud, AI, or professional services organizations
• Portfolio demonstrating digital marketing campaigns, graphic design work, brand development, social media assets, presentation design, and lead generation marketing materials
• Remote schedule Monday to Friday during EST core business hours
