Student Recruitment Manager

• Lead student recruitment efforts across Cambodia and the wider Indochina region
• Design and deliver innovative student recruitment strategies for Cambodia
• Work closely with regional and college-based teams
• Represent Navitas at fairs, workshops, and training sessions
• Strengthen the agent network and community presence
• Provide senior management with market insights and trends
• Build relationships with students, families, education agents, and university partners
• Maintain accurate reporting and use CRM systems to track activities and results
• Address queries and contribute ideas to improve processes and the student experience
• Drive recruitment targets into measurable results

• Degree in higher education, marketing, business, or related field preferred
• 3–5 years of experience in student recruitment, admissions, or enrolment management, ideally in an international context
• Experience leading initiatives or teams
• Strong track record in developing recruitment strategies
• Comfortable using CRM systems
• Ability to interpret data
• Experience speaking at public events or presentations
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational and project management skills
• Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders
• Occasional travel required for recruitment events and outreach
• Flexible hours, including some evening and weekend work as needed
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment
