EAM Business Analyst – Tester

• Elicit, analyze and document requirements for work order management, inventory, purchasing and asset lifecycle management
• Translate business needs into functional and technical requirements for the EAM platform and its integrations
• Develop and execute test cases based on requirements and business process flows
• Perform functional, integration and user acceptance testing
• Work with the Test Lead to report defects, clarify expected behavior and verify fixes
• Collaborate with business users and technical teams to resolve requirements and functionality questions
• Create procedural documentation and training materials for business users

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, hybrid BA/Tester or in a comparable role
• Understanding of maintenance, repair and operations (MRO) processes within manufacturing or a regulated environment
• Hands-on experience with EAM or CMMS systems
• Ability to write clear business requirements and practical test cases
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with close attention to detail
• Ability to communicate effectively with technical teams and business users
