Customer Support, French-speaking

• Support customers in French and English
• Answer customer questions
• Assist with simple technical issues
• Guide customers through clear and simple solutions
• Record and update customer cases accurately
• Follow up when additional support is needed
• Help create a friendly and positive customer experience

• Fluent in French
• Comfortable communicating in English
• Comfortable using computers and learning new systems
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Organized and attentive to detail
• Previous customer service experience is welcome, but not mandatory
• Sales experience is a plus, but not required
• Applicants should either be currently based in Portugal or hold an EU passport and be open to relocation
