Internship – Social Media, Content Marketing & Customer Service

• Create social media content
• Manage the community
• Provide customer service
• Create content such as DIY projects and giveaways for Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest in collaboration with the team
• Actively expand UGC initiatives and strengthen influencer partnerships
• Handle customer inquiries and advise prospective customers on decorating ideas via email and phone
• Support decoration projects at top venues and with influencers
• Contribute your own ideas to social media campaigns and viral marketing activities

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Design, or Marketing
• Ideally, you have initial practical experience in online and social media marketing and the e-commerce sector
• Excellent written and spoken German
• No hesitation about engaging directly with customers
• Comfortable in front of the camera and interested in participating in our social media campaigns
• Confidently contribute creative ideas
• Willingness to get hands-on, approach people, and participate in viral marketing activities
• Mandatory internships preferred
• Internship duration of at least 3 months
