Field Service Engineer

• Install and commission Kardex products
• Provide first-line troubleshooting and remove root causes of faults
• Deal with machine/unit performance and achieve a high first-time fix rate without excessive parts use
• Escalate complex or unusual issues to the appropriate individual or team
• Provide excellent customer service according to established policy
• Deliver basic customer product training
• Communicate with customers and line management at prescribed intervals
• Report accurately on each visit using appropriate documentation/call trackers
• Respond to customer service requests as directed by line management
• Work with minimum supervision while maintaining appropriate communication
• Extract diagnostic data to determine root causes of reported faults
• Perform routine maintenance and logical fault analysis
• Support customer satisfaction and improve the Customer Relationship Index (CRI)

• Engineering/Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related Technical Studies
• Minimum 3–5 years of working experience, preferably in field service
• Customer- and business-oriented
• Financial and commercial awareness

• Communication and interpersonal skills

• Project management/coordination
• Flexibility
• IT knowledge, especially Microsoft Office
• Local language(s) – native or fluent, both speaking and writing
• English – fluent, both speaking and writing
• Hindi – fluent, both speaking and writing
• Flexible to travel within state and interstate as required
• Ability to work beyond working hours, including weekends and public holidays when required
• Ability to work under pressure and stressful conditions
