AI Agent Engineer

• Develop, configure, and deploy AI agents using specialized platforms and tools.
• Integrate AI agents with external systems, including APIs, databases, CRMs, and other enterprise applications.
• Optimize performance through prompt tuning, configuration adjustments, and continuous monitoring.
• Gather technical and business requirements from clients and stakeholders.
• Conduct demonstrations and proofs of concept to present solutions and gather feedback.
• Plan and track projects, ensuring delivery within established deadlines.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Machine Learning teams.
• Support clients in adopting AI solutions by providing technical guidance on architecture, security, and scalability.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong experience in software development, AI/Machine Learning engineering, or technical consulting.
• Strong knowledge of Python and Golang.
• Experience integrating systems through APIs, webhooks, and data pipelines.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Knowledge of DevOps practices, including CI/CD and containerization.
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
• Analytical, problem-solving mindset.
• Advanced spoken English.
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Prompt Engineering, RAG architectures, AI agent development frameworks, Function Calling, intelligent-agent orchestration, digital transformation, AI-based automation, and agile, cross-functional environments is desirable.
