IT Transition & Transformation Manager

• Responsible for complex IT transition and transformation projects, from the proposal phase through the transition to steady-state operations
• Ensure scope, timelines, budget, and quality
• Maintain transparent communication with all relevant stakeholders
• Build and develop sustainable customer relationships
• Identify opportunities for account growth in collaboration with Sales
• Manage risks, dependencies, and escalations in challenging project environments
• Lead and coordinate interdisciplinary project teams
• Further develop transition and transformation processes
• Contribute to standards and best practices

• Successfully completed degree in a technical or business-related field, or comparable qualification
• Several years of experience managing transition and transformation projects in an IT outsourcing environment
• Experience building and developing customer relationships
• Ability to translate customer requirements into sustainable and commercially viable solutions
• Excellent communication skills, assertiveness, and a confident presence at C-level
• Structured, solution-oriented, and entrepreneurial mindset
• Certifications such as PRINCE2, ITIL, or comparable qualifications are advantageous
• Willingness to travel within Germany, approximately four business trips per month
• Very good German skills (C1) and good English skills (B2)
