Lead Inside Sales

• Take responsibility for a central team supporting OXG’s fiber-optic rollout
• Acquire property owners for the fiber-optic rollout
• Ensure the achievement of internal permission targets
• Provide professional and disciplinary leadership for an Inside Sales team focused on Performance Marketing, Dialog Marketing, Telesales, and Sales Support
• Actively contribute to day-to-day operations
• Develop strategies and processes to increase the permission rate
• Derive concrete measures for campaigns and sales activities
• Analyze results together with internal stakeholders and external service providers
• Identify optimization potential and implement measures for sustainable performance improvement
• Take responsibility for relevant KPIs and derive recommendations for action
• Create transparency regarding target achievement, forecasts, and performance trends
• Clearly and consistently manage sales channels
• Support the professional and personal development of employees
• Promote modern, efficiency-enhancing ways of working and continuous process improvement

• Initial leadership experience and responsibility for employees, projects, or teams
• Several years of practical experience in at least one of the following areas: Performance Marketing, Dialog Marketing, customer acquisition, Telesales, Inside Sales, or campaign management
• Experience combining day-to-day operations with strategic development
• Data-driven approach and a strong understanding of KPIs and performance analysis
• Experience managing sales or marketing initiatives
• Excellent communication skills
• Structured approach to work and a strong hands-on mentality
• Experience in telecommunications, fiber optics, or infrastructure is an advantage but not required
• Very good command of German
• Team player with a start-up mindset, initiative, flexibility, and a willingness to take responsibility in a dynamic, growing environment
