City Manager, Real Estate

• Serve as the local network representative in Thionville and the surrounding area
• Develop the sector commercially by bringing new properties into management
• Oversee the property portfolio: housekeeping, maintenance, check-in/check-out, and guest relations
• Optimize revenue through yield management
• Manage multi-channel distribution across Airbnb, Booking.com, and Abritel
• Build and manage a local network of service providers
• Delegate portfolio management to the ALB network during absences through the Vacation System
• Potentially recruit City Managers under your sponsorship and earn commissions on their activity
