Data Science Specialist I

• Develop Data Science solutions involving exploratory data analysis and supervised and unsupervised machine learning models
• Execute the Data Science solution lifecycle: business understanding, exploratory analysis, feature study and preparation, model development, and performance validation
• Support the deployment of developed models into production
• Design the use and monitoring of models in partnership with business teams
• Enhance Forecasting and Counterfactual Machine Learning models to support data-driven decision-making

• Previous experience with Machine Learning, Statistics, Experimentation, and Exploratory Data Analysis
• Strong knowledge of Statistics and Machine Learning, including supervised and unsupervised modeling
• Proficiency in Python and SQL
• Knowledge of Git version control and Cloud Computing
• Analytical and creative thinking to develop solutions for different needs
• Strong communication skills to explain complex results to non-technical teams
• Interest in understanding business processes, metrics, and key challenges
