Finance Manager

About the role

• Own financial reporting and compliance for the Polish operations, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment with group standards
• Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, turning numbers into clear insights and recommendations
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis with FP&A and Group Finance teams
• Act as a finance business partner for management, explaining financial results and supporting data-driven decision-making
• Monitor KPIs including revenue growth, margins, utilization, and cost structure
• Manage cash flow and working capital
• Support integration and improvement of financial systems, processes, automation, and analytics tools
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, external accounting providers, and KMS headquarters
• Oversee accounting, reporting, and compliance activities for Addepto in Poland and align them with KMS Technology’s global finance standards

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Professional qualification (CPA, ACCA, or equivalent) preferred
• 7+ years of progressive accounting/controlling experience, ideally within multinational or PE-backed environments
• In-depth, hands-on knowledge of Polish GAAP, tax, and statutory requirements
• Experience with statutory reporting and local compliance obligations, including KSeF / mandatory e-invoicing
• Experience working closely with external advisors and authorities
• Exposure to US GAAP is a plus
• Proven ability to manage audits, local filings, and complex reconciliations
• Advanced Excel and ERP experience, such as NetSuite, SAP, or similar
• Availability and willingness for business trips to Warsaw
• Strong English communication skills
• Polish fluency required
