Freelance Recruiter (PJ Contractor)

• Conduct high-volume recruitment and selection processes
• Manage multiple job profiles simultaneously

• Source and fill positions, with compensation tied to the success of each hire

• Solid experience in high-volume recruitment consulting
• Proficiency with Digisac and Pandapé
• Analytical mindset, with a focus on speed and quality
• Own infrastructure (computer and stable internet connection)
• High school diploma preferred
• 1–3 years of professional experience
• Immediate availability
• Work as an independent PJ contractor
