IT Compliance Manager

• Identify compliance gaps, drive improvements, and engage stakeholders to maintain effective IT compliance processes
• Establish, strengthen, and continuously improve IT controls across the organization
• Plan and conduct compliance reviews independently
• Follow up on findings, challenge the status quo, and drive action plans through completion
• Identify, assess, and monitor IT risks
• Partner with stakeholders to implement practical risk mitigation measures
• Build strong relationships across the business
• Seek opportunities to improve compliance, raise awareness, and drive accountability
• Evaluate systems and support the organization’s risk posture

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as Information Technology, Business Administration, or Risk Management
• Professional experience in IT compliance, IT audits, and risk management in an industrial sector
• Strong background in project and change management
• Action-oriented, self-starting mindset with ability to work independently, drive initiatives, and influence stakeholders across the organization
• Comfortable operating in a dynamic environment, actively engaging with people, challenging existing processes, and taking ownership of outcomes
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Excellent English communication skills, written and spoken
• Ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
