Talent Recruiter – Customer Success, Recruiting Support

• Support B2B customers throughout the recruiting process
• Help identify suitable candidates and connect them with customers quickly
• Manage candidates from initial contact through to completion of the hiring process
• Plan and analyze candidate surveys
• Derive concrete improvements from candidate feedback
• Create and send candidate newsletters
• Maintain content on the candidate website
• Test profiles and processes from a user perspective
• Identify weaknesses and provide feedback to support the further development of the platform
• Propose and implement your own ideas for process improvement
• Independently take on initial recruiting support tasks
• Assist with Customer Success inquiries

• Currently enrolled as a student at a state-recognized university or college
• Interest in HR, recruiting, and Customer Success
• Structured approach to work and excellent communication skills
• Excellent written and spoken German
• Practical experience as a working student
• Friendly yet persistent approach when dealing with candidates and customers
• Curiosity and willingness to learn
• Ability to quickly familiarize yourself with new topics
• Initiative and a solution-oriented mindset
