Aurora Endpoint Security Engineer 2, German Speaker
About the role
• Lead the implementation, integration, and optimization of Aurora Protect and Aurora Focus solutions
• Act as a trusted advisor for customers, guiding them through deployments and serving as a technical escalation point
• Configure and tune security rules to support effective threat detection
• Monitor system dashboards and escalate irregularities to senior team members
• Contribute to scripting and automation using Python or PowerShell
• Create and maintain customer-facing documentation, such as setup guides and FAQs
• Share client feedback with project leads
• Participate in continuous learning sessions
• Conduct duties in accordance with information security policies, standards, processes, and controls
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience (advanced degree preferred)
• 2+ years of experience in cybersecurity roles (e.g., Security Engineer, Consultant, SOC Analyst, or Endpoint Security Administrator)
• Basic knowledge of endpoint security tools and threat detection concepts
• Exposure to scripting (Python, PowerShell) and willingness to grow these skills
• Familiarity with cybersecurity principles and terminology
• Strong communication skills, both written and spoken
• Business-level proficiency in German and English
• Team-oriented mindset with a strong desire to learn and grow
• Background checks are required for this position
