Customer Support, Dutch

• Provide customer support for bol.com, an e-commerce platform in the Netherlands and Belgium
• Work fully remotely from anywhere in Portugal
• Work 40 hours per week on Monday-to-Sunday rotating shifts
• Complete paid training
• Relocate to Portugal if needed, with available relocation support

• Fluent/native-level Dutch
• Comfortable working in a customer-facing role
• Available for full-time work and rotating shifts
• EU citizenship or valid residence/work authorization in Portugal
• Updated CV in English
