Education Specialist – Fluent in French, Freelance AI Trainer

• Challenge advanced language models on lesson planning, differentiated instruction, learning standards, student engagement, bilingual education, teacher training, and formative and summative evaluation
• Document model failure modes to harden model reasoning
• Converse with the model in English and French about real-world education scenarios and theoretical questions
• Verify pedagogical soundness and factual accuracy
• Capture reproducible error traces
• Suggest improvements to prompt engineering and evaluation metrics
• Help create high-quality training data for AI-powered teaching, learning, and academic support

• Fluent in French
• Experience in curriculum development, instructional design, pedagogy, assessment strategies, educational psychology, classroom technology, or inclusive teaching
• Experience with French-speaking education systems
• Classroom or curriculum development experience
• Familiarity with traditional and digital learning environments
• Ability to converse with the model in both English and French
• Ability to verify pedagogical soundness and factual accuracy
• Clear, metacognitive communication and ability to show your work
• A master’s degree in education, instructional design, educational psychology, or a closely related field is ideal

• Pay range of $8 to $65 per hour, with the exact rate determined after evaluating experience, expertise, and geographic location
