Product Manager

• Own the end-to-end user experience of fast-growing markets and/or lead corridor expansion by opening new markets
• Design, coordinate, and launch new markets
• Identify regional failures in the user experience and solve for them
• Propose, drive, and maintain the product roadmap for emerging markets
• Propose quarterly OKRs and lead cross-functional Engineering, Design, and Data teams to ship high-impact features
• Own funnels and North Star metrics, driving improvements in CVR, MAU, and Retention
• Serve as the primary point of contact for new-market performance, aligning regional stakeholders and leadership on priorities and resource allocation
• Launch experiments, analyze results, and iterate based on market-specific data and local behaviors
• Share best practices on local optimization and building for diverse LatAm user bases

• Exceptional ability to allocate resources across different markets, understanding the complex balance between local "magic" and global scalability
• Proven experience in Product Strategy, Roadmapping, and the full product lifecycle within a fast-paced environment
• Strong data analysis and experimentation skills (SQL, A/B testing, funnel optimization)
• Expert in Market Research
• Ability to lead and influence Engineering, Design, Data and Ops teams without formal authority
• Deep understanding of the LatAm market
• Experience in Fintech or Payments is highly preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to distill complex regional trade-offs into clear narratives for leadership
• Advanced English level
