Panel Consultant

• Partner with Pre- and Post-Sales Research teams and clients on study design, sample structures, demographics, quota balancing, click-balancing, and advanced targeting
• Provide expert sampling recommendations for complex projects
• Manage and grow global panel partnerships
• Serve as quantilope’s primary contact and representative for panel partners
• Assess new panel providers to expand global sampling coverage
• Conduct data-quality audits and implement validation measures
• Share market research benchmarks and best practices across the organization
• Educate the team across all fielding phases
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to automate field management capabilities in the quantilope platform
• Join strategic client calls with Research Consulting and Sales teams
• Support clients through expertise, consultation, and solution-oriented guidance

• Professional fluency in both German and English (minimum C1 level)
• 2+ years of experience in market research, fieldwork management, or sample operations
• Experience ideally gained within a panel provider or research agency
• Exceptional consulting skills and a proven ability to translate complex sampling concepts into actionable advice
• Solution-oriented, self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset
• Ability to stay calm and structured under pressure
• Passion for data integrity and track record of applying research quality best practices
• Familiarity with DIY sampling tools, programmatic panel platforms, or market research SaaS platforms (nice to have)
• Deep knowledge of specific European research markets, such as DACH or UK, or industries such as FMCG and Healthcare (nice to have)
• Experience or background in qualitative market research (nice to have)
• Based in, or willing to relocate to, Hamburg (nice to have)
