Sales Manager

• Advise parents by phone who are interested in our tutoring services and support them through to the first lesson
• Understand the needs of parents and their children and match them with the perfect tutor
• Convince customers of our tutoring packages after the first trial lesson
• Provide systematic advice on our tutoring products
• Communicate via phone calls, WhatsApp, and email, in that order

• Reliability and accountability in everything you do
• Highly motivated to go the extra mile for our customers
• Native-level or accent-free German language skills
• Exceptional ability to learn new topics and conversation techniques quickly
• Understanding of people's behavior and needs, combined with a passion for helping them through educational solutions
• Completed bachelor's degree
• Experience in tutoring, sales, customer service, or similar roles (a plus)
• Master's or MBA degree (a plus)
• Additional languages are a plus
