Food Safety Analyst I

• Record, track, and monitor incidents and nonconformities related to raw materials and suppliers
• Conduct technical investigations into deviations and nonconformities, identifying root causes, evaluating evidence, and monitoring the implementation of corrective and preventive actions with suppliers
• Work with suppliers on the technical analysis of incidents and validation of action plans
• Participate in and lead technical meetings with suppliers and internal teams for alignment, follow-up, and decision-making
• Prepare technical reports, presentations, and opinions resulting from investigations and action plans for Sodexo clients, when necessary
• Consolidate and monitor Food Safety and Supplier Quality indicators
• Support Food Safety projects and initiatives, contributing to process improvement and risk mitigation

• Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition, Food Engineering, Food Science, Veterinary Medicine, or a related field
• Experience in Quality, Food Safety, or Supplier Quality within the food industry
• Experience investigating nonconformities and conducting root cause analysis is preferred
• Knowledge of food manufacturing processes
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Basic English proficiency is a plus
