Junior Business Developer

• Conduct market and competitor research
• Support paperwork preparations, presentations, pitches, and documentation
• Plan conferences and industry events
• Shadow the Head of BD in external and internal cross-team meetings
• Keep Business Development activities organized and running smoothly
• Identify R&D opportunities to improve team performance
• Provide general coordination and project management support
• Learn Envar’s services, workflows, clients, and culture
• Support client conversations and build industry relationships
• Gain hands-on experience with project management and actual creative projects

• Junior / Associate seniority level
• Highly organized, proactive, people-oriented, and curious
• Strong interest in business development within the gaming and entertainment industry
• Comfortable managing multiple tasks and detailed information
• Ability to coordinate across different teams with accuracy and follow-through
• Ability to build strong professional relationships and communicate confidently with different types of people
• Comfortable representing Envar at meetings, events, conferences, and networking opportunities
• Takes initiative, asks questions, and works independently
• Strong attention to detail and structured approach to work
• Excellent written and verbal English
• Interest in learning how creative studios and gaming businesses operate
• Willingness and ability to travel internationally
