Forward Deployed Engineer

• Independently guide customers from the initial requirements analysis through to the production-ready solution
• Analyze complex business processes and conduct and facilitate customer workshops
• Develop comprehensive solution concepts that take into account business requirements, data models, interfaces, and technical constraints
• Design and implement prototypes, applications, and complex solutions using the engomo low-code app platform
• Assume technical responsibility for customer solutions from conception through testing and acceptance to a successful go-live
• Advise and empower customers to independently implement and further develop their applications
• Work closely with Product Management, Development, and Sales
• Identify and communicate customer feedback, opportunities for technical improvement, and reusable solution approaches

• Several years of professional experience in solution engineering, technical consulting, software implementation, or a comparable customer-facing technical role
• Strong understanding of business processes
• Experience independently analyzing complex customer requirements
• Experience developing technical solution concepts and supporting their implementation
• Familiarity with data models, APIs, interfaces, and system integrations
• Ideally, experience with low-code platforms, SaaS solutions, or comparable technologies
• Strong analytical thinking and consulting skills
• Structured, self-directed approach to work
• Ability to act as a liaison between business and technical stakeholders
• Ability to make well-founded decisions and develop pragmatic solutions
