Inside Sales Representative – Microsoft Solutions

• Prepare precise, timely, and commercially sound quotes for hardware, software licensing, and professional services
• Manage transactional sales from initial customer request through quote acceptance, order processing, and handover to delivery, finance, or operations teams
• Liaise with vendor partners and distributors to secure competitive pricing, confirm availability and lead times, process deal registrations, and leverage vendor promotions
• Track and manage upcoming solution and licensing renewals
• Identify add-on, cross-sell, and upgrade opportunities based on client buying history
• Follow up open quotes and handle customer inquiries
• Collaborate with internal subject matter experts to support complex solution builds
• Maintain accurate sales records, opportunities, and activities using HubSpot, D-Tools, and Microsoft 365
• Assist with product specifications, pricing structures, and vendor information for client proposals and tenders

• Exceptional attention to detail when compiling pricing, margins, and commercial conditions
• Confident, clear written and verbal skills when dealing with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders
• Strong follow-through to take assigned requests from initial draft all the way through to completion
• Ability to prioritize multiple requests, grasp technical solution details quickly, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• A team-first attitude with shared accountability for achieving gross margin and revenue targets alongside Client Managers
• 1–2 years in inside sales, sales support, technology distribution, procurement, or a related commercial B2B environment
• Experience with technology, cloud, or Microsoft solutions is highly regarded, though not strictly required
• Prior experience navigating CRMs (e.g., HubSpot), quoting tools, or distributor/vendor portals is desirable
• Tertiary qualifications are welcomed, but not required
• Experience using HubSpot, D-Tools, and Microsoft 365
• Ability to work AU business hours
