Mid-Level Data Analyst

• Build and enhance analytical solutions, transforming data into strategic insights to support decision-making
• Develop dashboards, management reports, and performance indicators in Power BI
• Gather and analyze requirements with stakeholders, translating business needs into efficient and scalable solutions
• Participate in meetings with leadership and internal clients, contributing data-driven analyses, insights, and recommendations
• Structure, integrate, and optimize databases in SQL Server, ensuring data quality, reliability, and performance
• Develop and maintain ETL processes using SSIS
• Manage requests and priorities in partnership with internal teams, ensuring deliverables are aligned with business objectives

• Experience with SQL Server, including stored procedures, views, and triggers
• Knowledge of ETL (SSIS) and data modeling
• Experience building dashboards and reports in Power BI
• Analytical, consultative, and results-oriented mindset
• Completed or ongoing higher education degree
