Founders Associate

• Prepare and manage CEO-led projects, from AI implementation to team building
• Support sales activities for the AI Factories
• Research target customers
• Create presentations and proposals
• Prepare for and attend meetings
• Take ownership of your own areas of responsibility from day one
• Contribute to team building, AI implementation, and sales

• Completed degree, e.g. in industrial engineering, business informatics, or a comparable field
• Excellent communication skills in German
• Good command of English
• Structured, fast-paced, and self-directed working style
• Enthusiasm for AI, technology, and sales, along with an entrepreneurial spirit
• A plus: initial practical experience in a startup, consulting, tech sales, or project work
• A plus: experience with pitching and presentations
• A plus: understanding of data centers and infrastructure
