Senior Technical Lead

• Oversee the end-to-end execution of AI projects, ensuring they meet business objectives and are delivered on time
• Manage, mentor, and inspire a high-performing development team
• Provide technical leadership in machine learning, natural language processing, and computer vision
• Ensure code quality, performance, and reliability through code reviews, testing, and continuous improvement
• Stay current with AI advancements and drive innovation and best-practice adoption
• Serve as the primary contact for AI project communications and translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders

• 7+ years of experience in software development, with at least 3 years in a technical leadership role focusing on AI-related projects
• Proficient in AI technologies, integrations, and programming languages including Python and TypeScript
• Experience with cloud platforms including AWS, Google Cloud, and Azure
• Strong experience with JIRA or similar project management tools
• Solid understanding of agile methodologies
• Proven ability to lead and manage high-performance development teams
• Excellent mentoring and coaching skills
