Full-Stack Software Engineer

• Design, build, test, and deploy production features end-to-end with minimal supervision
• Integrate third-party point-of-sale APIs and build data pipelines feeding user-facing analytics
• Implement AI-driven features using Claude and OpenAI APIs
• Join planning and brainstorming sessions and provide feedback on larger feature initiatives
• Triage and fix bugs reported through client Slack channels
• Update software packages and patch security vulnerabilities
• Maintain application uptime in Google Cloud Platform production environments
• Set up schedulers, task queues, and cloud infrastructure for new features
• Apply the team’s multi-worktree workflow in Claude Code and Codex
• Run parallel workstreams across multiple projects while maintaining low defect rates
• Maintain test coverage and code quality across parallel workstreams
• Review pull requests and flag errors to the team
• Report directly to the CTO and own features from planning through production monitoring

• 3–7 years of professional software engineering experience in production environments
• Production experience with JavaScript and TypeScript across front-end and back-end code
• Production experience building user-facing applications in React
• Production experience building and deploying Node.js and Express APIs
• Hands-on daily use of Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, or equivalent agentic coding tools
• Track record of owning features end-to-end, from design and testing through production deployment
• English at C1+ CEFR level for daily communication with the CTO and client Slack channels
• Next.js and MongoDB or another NoSQL database experience preferred
• Google Cloud Platform infrastructure experience preferred
• Claude API or OpenAI API embedded in production applications preferred
• Data ingestion pipelines or analytics dashboards built from third-party API data preferred
• Remote work experience with US-based teams preferred
