• Support students working on their Bachelor’s or Master’s theses
• Help students feel more confident throughout the thesis process
• Help with planning and structuring a thesis
• Organise research and ideas
• Find and evaluate academic sources
• Explain academic writing
• Support referencing and citation basics
• Plan deadlines and manage time
• Prepare presentations and thesis defences
• Help students stay organised and motivated throughout the writing process
• Support other aspects of academic study and research

• Experience with university assignments, research projects or academic writing
• Good organisational and communication skills
• An interest in helping other students
• No previous teaching or coaching experience required
• No formal coaching qualification required

• Flexible schedule: choose when you want to work
• Work remotely from wherever you are
• €20–40 per hour: set your own rates
• Choose the topics and areas you feel comfortable supporting
