Regional Coordinator – Infrastructure

• Join the Infrastructure and Facilities team at VCP, located in Campinas, São Paulo
• Coordinate construction, renovation, and adaptation projects at the bases of the Southern/São Paulo Region
• Plan and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance of building systems and infrastructure assets
• Manage cleaning, landscaping, building maintenance, and facilities services contracts
• Control CAPEX and OPEX for the bases under your responsibility
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, licenses, and airport requirements
• Develop and monitor KPIs and SLAs, driving continuous improvement
• Negotiate with suppliers, utility providers, concessionaires, and airport administrators
• Support base expansion, implementation, and decommissioning projects
• Lead in-house and outsourced teams to meet operational needs

• Manage cleaning, landscaping, building maintenance, and other facilities services contracts
• Manage CAPEX and OPEX for the bases under your responsibility
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, licenses, and requirements established by airport administrators
• Develop and monitor performance indicators (KPIs and SLAs), driving continuous improvement
• Lead negotiations with suppliers, utility providers, concessionaires, and airport administrators
• Support base expansion, implementation, and decommissioning projects
• Lead in-house and outsourced teams, ensuring high performance and service levels aligned with operational needs
• Postgraduate degree or MBA in Project Management, Facilities Management, Safety Engineering, or a related field — a plus
• Experience in an airport environment, airline, or highly complex operations — a plus
• PMP, CAPM, or similar certification — a plus
• Knowledge of Oracle Cloud and ServiceNow — a plus
• Intermediate English proficiency for reading and writing technical documentation — a plus
• Experience with AutoCAD, MS Project, and Power BI — a plus
