Senior SAP Project Manager

• Lead and coordinate SAP project activities, ensuring alignment with project scope, timelines, and business objectives
• Manage project plans, priorities, risks, dependencies, milestones, and deliverables
• Coordinate global and cross-functional teams throughout the project lifecycle
• Act as a key interface between business stakeholders, technical teams, and project participants
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or blockers, and drive appropriate actions and escalations
• Lead project meetings and provide clear status updates to stakeholders
• Ensure effective communication and alignment across international teams
• Support the successful delivery of SAP-related business and system changes

• 8+ years of professional experience
• Proven experience managing SAP projects
• Experience coordinating project plans, timelines, activities, risks, dependencies, and deliverables
• Ability to lead and coordinate global and cross-functional teams
• Experience working with international stakeholders in complex corporate environments
• Advanced English for meetings and daily interaction with global teams
• Strong communication, organization, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
• Experience with SAP MM and SAP SD preferred
• Previous involvement in tax or fiscal change projects preferred
• Experience managing SAP projects within large, global organizations preferred
• Experience coordinating geographically distributed teams and stakeholders preferred
• Prepared to discuss practical examples of SAP Project Management, global team coordination, stakeholder management, risk management, and project delivery

• Part-time schedule of 4 hours per day
• Operating in the Brazil time zone
