ERP Consultant

• Lead and participate in all phases of Microsoft Dynamics ERP implementation projects, including analysis, design, configuration, testing, and deployment
• Gather and analyze client business requirements and translate them into functional and technical ERP specifications
• Configure and customize Microsoft Dynamics ERP modules for specific business needs
• Provide clients with expert guidance on ERP best practices and process optimization
• Develop and deliver user training programs and documentation
• Collaborate with development teams on custom solutions, integrations, and data migrations
• Conduct system testing, identify defects, and coordinate resolutions
• Provide post-implementation support and troubleshooting
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and project managers to deliver projects on time, within scope, and to quality standards

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics ERP, including Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, AX, or NAV
• Proven track record of successful full-lifecycle ERP implementations
• Strong understanding of finance, supply chain, manufacturing, and project management business processes
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, client-facing environment
• Microsoft Dynamics certifications are highly preferred
• Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) is a plus
