Customer Service Representative – Sporting Goods Manufacturer

• Serve as the first point of contact for customers and answer product-related questions by phone and email
• Support Amazon customers, including Buyer-Seller Messaging, A-to-Z Claims, and returns
• Resolve issues involving orders, returns, and technical inquiries quickly and professionally
• Coordinate with logistics, returns, and support teams
• Keep the ticketing system up to date and document customer inquiries
• Contribute creative ideas to improve customer service
• Assist customers with the purchase and use of rowing machines, pedal exercisers, and other sporting goods

• Native-level German, both written and spoken
• Experience in Amazon customer service
• Knowledge of Seller Central, Buyer-Seller Messaging, A-to-Z Claims, and returns processing
• Experience providing telephone support
• Experience working from home
• Quiet workspace suitable for making phone calls
• Flexible working hours: 40 hours per week from October through March; 20 to 40 hours per week in summer, by agreement
• At least two years have passed since completing your most recent vocational training or degree; applicants without formal training or a degree are also welcome
• Friendly, helpful, and patient, including in stressful situations
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Reliable and self-directed approach to work
• Willingness to develop professionally
• Basic technical understanding of sporting goods is desirable
• Confident using a laptop, tablet, or smartphone
