Accounting Manager

• Lead finance operations across Project Accounting, Reconciliation, General Accounting, and Accounts Payable
• Ensure accurate and timely delivery in line with company accounting policies and agreed service levels
• Manage month-end and year-end close activities
• Ensure reconciliations, accounting entries, and financial reporting are completed on time
• Maintain financial governance and controls
• Support audit, tax, and compliance requirements
• Identify and resolve issues
• Lead and develop finance teams
• Set expectations, monitor performance, and support individual and team development
• Monitor operational performance using KPIs and service levels
• Manage priorities and support consistent service delivery
• Drive standardization and continuous improvement
• Simplify processes, strengthen controls, and improve efficiency
• Collaborate with Finance Business Partners, operational teams, and finance stakeholders
• Manage escalations
• Identify improvements and optimizations

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Professional accounting qualification such as ACCA, CIMA, or CPA
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and/or IFRS principles
• Experience leading finance teams within a multi-entity, international environment
• Experience working within a Shared Service Centre environment
• Hands-on experience with SAP (S/4HANA preferred)
• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for successful cross-department collaboration
• Written and spoken English
